Logging into the Membership Site
Click the LOGIN at the top of your screen
Log in with the email and password you used when you PAID for or added a credit card, for your membership.
If you cannot remember the email address, search all your inboxes for an email that says, “Welcome to Kambo International Membership.”
It will also be the same email address that you receive your Renewal Notices regarding the Kambo International Membership
If you still cannot figure out which email address you used when you paid for your membership, email info@kambointernational.com and we can look up the information based on: the full name on the credit card used to pay for the membership.
If you do not know the full name on the credit card, or the email address used to pay for the membership, we cannot help you. You must find this information either by looking at billing statements or searching your inboxes.
Changing the Email Address for Logging into the Membership Site
Once logged in, click “Account”
Click “Profile”
Click on the email address and change the email. You also need to verify this new email address.
If you cannot change the email address because it was never verified (it will say, “Your email is not verified yet.”), you need to verify the original email address first, and then you may change it to the new one.
If you cannot access the unverified email address, you will need to Cancel your membership. Once canceled, you may resubscribe with the new email address. (If you have a listing practitioner directory, email info@kambointernational.com to let us know you will be resubscribing shortly and to NOT remove your practitioner directory listing.)
If you must cancel, it is recommended to cancel a few days before when your subscription will renew, so you don’t have to pay for a membership you are not using.
To CANCEL: Click “Account” -> “Memberships” -> “Kambo International Membership” -> “Go To Manage Subscription” -> Cancel
To find out when your SUBSCRIPTION RENEWS: Click “Account” -> “Memberships” -> Below “Kambo International Membership” it says “Next Order”, that is the date when your subscription will renew.
